Arctic adventure in Greenwich

Chris Evers, founder and director of Animal Embassy

Preschoolers and their parents learned about family life in a wolf pack, what it takes to be a polar bear mom and how some animals are born with their colors and others can change with the seasons at “Arctic Adventure,” a special program hosted by the Selma Maisel Nursery School of Temple Sholom in Greenwich.

Chris Evers, founder and director of Animal Embassy, was on hand to share his wildlife photographs and stories from his Canadian polar bear adventure. He also surprised everyone with a special visit from two animals well adapted to life in the snow – a white wolf and a white rabbit.
