Howard U. Kremer, M.D. of Farmington, died Dec.16. He was the husband of Geraldine (Billian) Kramer. Born in Philadelphia, Penn., he was the son of the late David and Minna (Garber) Kremer.He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children,Vivian Kremer, Cathey Billian, Cyndi Stern, David Kremer, and Matthew Kremer; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Adele Breslow.
