Residents and staff of Hoffman SummerWood in West Hartford celebrated the award-winning assisted living facility’s tenth anniversary with a champagne toast with a few words from SummerWood’s Executive Director Joan Carney and Hebrew Health Care Executive Vice President and CFO David Houle.
