Irwin Myron Kotcher, 65, of Norwalk died July 15. Born in New York City, he was the son of Nathan and Florence (Feirtag) Kotcher. He spent his career as a draftsman and worked at FAG Bearings in Stamford and Transact in Darien. He was a member of the Norwalk Power Squadron, where he served as commander. He was a past president of Beth Israel Synagogue of Norwalk and a Hadassah associate.
