Sara A. Rulnick, 99, of Rockville, Md., formerly of West Hartford, died Nov. 15. She was the widow of Morris E. (Moe) Rulnick. Born in Boston, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Max and Freda Forman of Revere Beach, Mass. She is survived by her sons, Marshall A. (Sandra) Rulnick, of Bloomfield, and Rabbi Arthur D. (Adrienne) Rulnick of Rockville, Md.; her grandchildren, Deborah (David) Harris of Modiin, Israel, Aaron (Alisa) Rulnick of Potomac, Md. and Jonathan (Devorah) Rulnick of Kibbutz Kramim, Israel; her great-grandchildren, Talya Harris, Yossi Harris, Jacob Rulnick, Lily Rulnick, Elye Rulnick, Eitan Rulnick & Aviya Rulnick. She was predeceased by her sisters Rita Pollack and Celia Forman.
