Irwin B. Singer of West Hartford and Boca Raton, Fla. died Dec. 17.  He was the husband of Beverly Dansky Singer. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Joseph and Sarah (Gaberman) Singer. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Gregory Singer of Anchorage, AK, Jonathan Singer of Cambridge, Mass.; Pamela (Allen) Bestwick of East Greenwich, R.I.; and his grandsons, Andrew and Austin Bestwick. He was predeceased by his brother, Walter Singer.
