Shirley B. Frank, 89, of Cromwell, formerly of Bloomfield, died Nov. 22.  She was the widow of Jules B. Frank. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Israel and Clara Rechtschafer. She is survived by her three daughters, Marilyn (William) Eigen of Georgia, Pamela (Phillip Hall) Frank-Hall of Marlborough, and Deena (Scott) Buddle of Southington; her granddaughters, Lani Hall and Victoria Buddle; and her sister Sylvia (Jay) Lichtenbaum. She was predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law, Alyce and Al Waxman.
