Rita (Weiner) Winer, 90, of West Hartford, died Feb. 11. She was the widow of Frank Winer. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Anna (Singer) Weiner. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Winer of New York City, and Michele (Marc) Andrews of Durham; her sister, Sylvia Krainson of Longmeadow, Mass.; and her grandsons, Jonathan and Eric Andrews.
