Ethel K. Kutz, 95, of West Hartford died March 21. She was the daughter of the late Julius and Marriam K. Kutz. She is survived by her sister, Alice Oster of Providence, R.I.; her nieces, Nancy (Arthur) Mullen of Pawtucket, R.I., and Juliann Oster of West Warwick, R.I.; and her nephew, Robert (Lidia) Oster of Lincoln, R.I.; and six great-nieces and a great-nephew. She was also predeceased by her nephew Jonathan F. (Joan) Oster.
