Roberta “Robie” Plaut, 81, of Del Ray Beach, Fla. and Old Lyme, formerly of West Hartford, died March 16. She was the widow of Michael Plaut. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Annabelle (Horowitz) Wallet. She is survived by her children, Abbe (Richard) Cohen; her step-children Laurie (Marshall) Shakun, Harry (Deborah) Plaut; grandchildren Shayna and Alexia Cohen, Lisa and Matt Shakun, Alex Plaut; her brother, Harvey (Sherry) Wallet; and sister-in-law Sally Wallet; She was also predeceased by an infant son Allen Cohen.
