Simmy (Moffsenson) Green, 85, of West Haven died April 3.  She was the widow of Louis J. Green. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Hyman and Edith (Mansfield) Moffsenson. She is survived by her daughter, Heidi Green (Raymond) Mennone of West Haven; and her sister Esther Smith of New Haven. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Irving Moffsenson and Anne Dube.
