Edythe K. Waxman of West Hartford, formerly of Bloomfield, died June 19. She was the widow of Leonard Waxman. Born in Meriden, she was the daughter of the later William and Esther Kaplan. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Callahan of Bloomfield and Shelley Waxman of Avon; her grandsons Scott Callahan of Providence, R.I., and David Callahan of Bloomfield; and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ed and Jess Waxman. She was also predeceased by her sister, Janice Pfeffer, and son-in-law Jay Callahan.
