Evelyn (Torman) Fine, of West Hartford, formerly of Rhode Island, died August 1. She was the widow of Lawrence Fine. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late David and Lena (Bander) Torman. She is survived her son Stewart; her brother Samuel Torman and his wife Lois; and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her brother Herman.
