Cecile Ann (Lashin) Hattem, 89, of West Hartford died Aug. 17. She was the widow of Charles Hattem. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Lillian Lashin. She is survived by a daughter, Lori-Lynn Skevas and her husband, Constantinos of Wethersfield; two sons, Jeffrey Hattem of Natick, MA, and Stuart Hattem of Weatogue; and two grandchildren, Carly Deanna Skevas and Peter Charles Skevas.
