Anita (Thurman) Adelman, 90, formerly of Hamden, died in Boston, Mass. on Nov. 7.  She was the widow of Murray Adelman. Born in Worcester, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Sarah (Jacobson) Thurman. She is survived by her children, Edward (Elizabeth Lindorff) Adelman of Hampton, Lester “Chuck” (Anna Joy) Adelman of Sacramento, Calif., and Ira (Marla Wiener) Adelman of Needham, Mass.; her brother George Thurman of Hamden. And her grandchildren, Sarah, Rachel, Samuel, Daniel, Max, Jesse, and Eli. She was also predeceased by her sister Estelle Ritter.
