Ida (Bess) Ginsburg, 93, of Pembroke Pines, Fla. and New Haven, died Jan. 21. She was the wife of the late Harry Ginsburg. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Lottie Bess. She is survived by her children, Robert and Sharon Ginsburg of Jackson, N.J. and Boca Raton, Fla., Sandy and Bill Carlson of New Haven, Marlene and Steve Mednick of Hamden, Cheryl and Joe Bell of Pembroke Pines, Fla.; her grandchildren, Marcie Link, Michael Carlson, Candice Burd, Amy Brockman, Lauren Mednick, Alex Mednick and Shawn Bell; and her great-grandchildren, Arielle and Jesse Link, Ben, Danny and Alanna Carlson, Zachary and Emma Burd, Felix and Celia Brockman, and Megan Bell. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Ann Nastahowski, Joseph Bess, and Jean Levine.
