Morton H. Stein, 75, of Foster, R.I., formerly of West Hartford, died Dec. 25. He is survived by his wife Deborah Miller-Stein. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Isidor and Ida (Giber) Stein. He was an active member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, retiring as vice captain of his division. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Sevorah Stein, Roberta Stein Duhamel and her husband Raymond, and Mark Stein; and his three granddaughters.
