Students at the Lipman Jewish Day School celebrated Israel’s 65th anniversary in much the same way as students all across the U.S. – with lots of fun activities focusing on the history and culture of the Jewish state.  The only difference was that the Lipman Jewish Day School is located in Moscow – and was established after the fall of the Soviet Union 22 years ago. The Yom Haatzmaut celebration was organized by the Jewish Agency.
