Howard “Howie” Irving Lipsy, 81, of Bloomfield, died April 2. He was the husband of Judith (Rosnick) Lipsy. He was the son of the late Samuel and Bessie (Bernblum) Lipsy. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, David Lipsy of Concord, N.H., JoAnne Lipsy of Bloomfield, and Jonathan Lipsy and his wife Kim of Medfield, Mass.; and his grandchildren, Aden, Taylor and Nathan.
