Richard Adler, 81, of North Haven, died Oct. 28. He was the husband of Joyce (Englander) Adler. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., he was the son of the late Benjamin and Sarah (Bresnick) Adler. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Marci (Kris) Petterson of Hamden; his grandchildren, Keith and Eliana; and his brother, Alvin (Vita) Adler of Woodbridge. NORTH HAVEN FUNERAL
