Celia Edith Moses Finman, 96, of West Hartford, died Nov. 27. She was the widow of David Finman. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Hyman and Ida Moses. She is survived by her daughters, Beth Seeley and her husband Joseph, Charlotte Jason and her husband Buddy; her grandchildren, Jeremy and Mindy Jason, Julie Jason and Stephen Farrelly, Jane Bendor and Brian Graham, Dara Seeley and Jason Myers, and Meredith Seeley and Conrad Manzano; her great-grandsons, Benjamin Graham and Finn Myers.
