Alfred P. Werbner, 90, of Manchester, died Feb. 25. He was the husband of Muriel (Prince) Werbner. Born in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late David and Josephine (Zoble) Werbner. He was a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Air Force, serving during World War II. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Marcy Klein and her husband, Philip, of Manchester; a son, Steven R. Werbner and his wife, Tish, of Tolland; a brother, Sidney Werbner and his wife, Shirley, of Oregon; a sister, Naomi W. Peck of Groton; grandchildren, Jessica Klein, Becky and Zac Helpern, Sarah and Rob Bedini, Andrew Klein, Kevin Werbner, and Kathleen Werbner; and a great-granddaughter, Taylor Bedini. He was predeceased by his stepmother, Edna (Raichelson) Werbner.
