SELIGMAN

Janetta Palmer Seligman, 99, of Meriden, died April 10. She was the wife of the late Dr. Saul C. Seligman. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Sarah Palmer. She is survived by three daughters, Myrna Friedman and her husband Gerol, formerly of Glastonbury, Ellen Taylor and her husband John of Bloomfield, Joan Vogel and her husband Arnold of Longmeadow, Mass.; her grandchildren, Matthew Schreibman, Debra Bingham, Lauren Berman, Eric Shorr, Jennifer Satalino, Daniel Shorr, Shari Schuman, Tracy Dau, and Melanie Sadok; 18 beloved great-grandchildren; her brother, Dr. George Palmer and his wife Dorothy of Westbrook, her sister-in-law Adele Seligman, formerly of Meriden; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers and four sisters-in-law, Herbert and Norma Palmer, Arthur and Bertha Palmer, Stuart and Ruby Palmer and Lawrence and Florence Palmer; three brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Benjamin Seligman, Louis and Rose Seligman and Mary and Irving Sholkovitz.
