For almost 40 years, the Gelles family has been devoted to a quality Solomon Schechter Day School education. In addition, the family support for Jewish life in the greater Hartford area has extended to nearly every local Jewish agency.

“The school represents our fundamental belief that Jewish continuity lies in the hands of our children.  At Schechter students can learn who they are, where they came from and where they must go to build any community as future Jewish leaders.   Schechter is on a path to fulfill the dream of a state-of-the-art twenty-first century school,” said Robin Gelles.

The May 18 event will feature a performance by two-time Tony Award winner Patti LuPone, and Sirius XM radio host Seth Rudetsky. For information about tickets and sponsorships, call Kim at (860) 561-0700.
