WEST HARTFORD – New England Urgent Care has been awarded the “Best Of 2014” recognition from Hartford Magazine’s reader’s poll. Results of the poll appeared in the publication’s May 2014 issue.

“This is quite an honor for us. The fact that Hartford Magazine included New England Urgent Care in its selection of ‘Best of 2014,’ signals that our constant efforts towards business excellence are paying off. We are very proud of this achievement,” said Michael Gutman, MD, PhD, FACEP, medical director of New England Urgent Care, which has locations in West Hartford, Bristol, Enfield and Simsbury.

Noting that New England Urgent Care is the first such certified provider in the Greater Hartford area, Gutman attributed the facility’s “Best of 2014” honor to several factors, including the fact that it is staffed by ER-trained providers and RNs, and is equipped to treat all non-life threatening urgent and emergency medical illnesses and injuries for every age, from infants on up.

American Registry, an independent company listing of more than two million significant business and professional recognitions, also honored the business by adding New England Urgent Care to its Registry of Business Excellence.
