Mark L. Elansky, 63, of Wethersfield, died August 12. He was the son of the late Joseph and Roslyn Elansky. He was also predeceased by his aunts and uncles, Frances and Harry Weinstein of West Hartford, Rose and Israel Leopold of New York, and his cousin Alan Leopold. He is survived by his cousins, Herbert and Rhoda Leopold of San Diego, Calif., and Cathy Leopold Aiello. WEINSTEIN MORTUARY
