The Greater Hartford Synagogue Softball League wrapped up its 2014 season with the Mazel Tov team completing an undefeated campaign – besting the previous three-time champion, the Beth Shalom/B’nai Israel team, 19 to 6. Mazel Tov persisted in its championship quest after losing to Beth Shalom/B’nai Israel in the finals the previous three seasons. The team won the game with consistent long ball hitting and great defensive intensity.
