Sam Goodman, 101, of West Hartford, died Sept. 2. He was the widower of Lillian Goodman. He was a lifelong member of The Emanuel Synagogue. He is survived by his children, Jerry Goodman and his wife Carolyn of Fitchburg, Wisc., and Kay Kline and her husband Robert of Potomac, Md.; his grandsons, Michael Kline and his wife Harriet, Kenneth Kline and his wife Lauren, Jason Goodman and his wife Elana, and Paul Goodman and his wife Susan; and his great- grandchildren, Jordyn, Taylor, Jake, Justin, Ryan and Alex Kline, and Charlie and Sophie Goodman. He was also predeceased by his son Andy.
