weddingSarah Boyer Scott and David Rosenblum Felson were married Aug. 23 outside Cleveland, Ohio. The bride is the daughter of Peter and Holly Scott of Chagrin Falls, Ohio. The groom is the son of Julia Rosenblum and Leonard Felson of West Hartford. Martha Shiverick, a friend of the bride’s family, officiated at the ceremony at the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club.

The bride, 28, is a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, Mass. In May 2014, she earned a Master’s in Social Work at Boston College. She has previously taught in Washington, D.C., at Mundo Verde, an expeditionary learning bilingual charter school, and had worked at the Arts Education Partnership.

The groom, 28, is a graduate of Hall High School in West Hartford, and Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. In May 2014, he earned a Master’s in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. He is a project manager for Tetra Tech ARD, a company based in Burlington, Vt., that provides innovative solutions addressing today’s pressing economic development issues.

After college, the couple traveled extensively, volunteering at an orphanage in Karatu, Tanzania and living and working in Cochabamba, Bolivia.

The couple resides in Burlington, Vt.
