Keeping love alive in New Haven

Those interested in ‘saving the sizzle’ – that is, keeping the romance in their relationships  — should mark Thursday, Nov. 20 on their calendars.  That’s when nationally renowned relationship expert Rachel A. Sussman, LCSW, will stop by the Jewish Community Center of Greater New Haven to talk about “Keeping Relationships Healthy, Sexy and Fun.” Hosted the Women’s Network of the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven and open to all women, the event kicks off with dinner at 5:30 p.m., followed by Sussman’s presentation at 6:30 p.m.

A licensed psychotherapist, and the official relationship expert for Cosmopolitan magazine and several other online and print publications, Sussman uses a gentle, no-nonsense approach, liberally dosed with humor, to offer a fresh perspective on how to make relationships stronger through communication and new ways for partners to connect.

The JCC of Greater New Haven is located at 360 Amity Rd. in Woodbridge. Admission to the Nov. 20 event is $36.

For reservations or more information, email Enid Groves at egroves@jewishnewhaven.org  or call (203) 387-2424 ext. 267.
