Lesley Siegel, M.D., 58, of Hamden, died Sept. 15. She was the wife of Lawrence Levenson. She was born in Elizabeth N.J. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother Helene Siegel and her husband Harold Goldman of Scotch Plains, N.J.; her children, Rachel Levenson of Providence, R.I., and Jeremy Levenson of New York, N.Y.; her brother Andrew Siegel and his wife Mary of Sudbury, Mass.; and several nieces and nephews.
