Dr. Eugene L. Horwitch of North Branford, died Dec. 2. He was the husband of Norma Horwitch. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Rose and Philip Horwitch. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army in Bad Canstatt, Germany. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Daniel Horwitch, and Ann Sherer and her husband, Eli; his grandchildren, Abigail Sherer, Sarah Daley, and Jacob Horwitch; and his great-grandchildren, Samara Horwitch, and Jane and Matthew Daley. He was also predeceased by his son, Philip, and his sister, Charlotte Mogieleff.
