Early Stage Memory Loss Support Group Offered

Hebrew HealthCare and Jewish Family Services are co-sponsoring an early stage memory loss support group, to provide educational, emotional and social support for those recently diagnosed with memory loss. The group provides a safe environment to share personal perspectives on living with memory loss; joys, frustrations, fears, and inspirations. Topics to be explored include: physical fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and cognitive fitness. The group will meet twice monthly in West Hartford. For information contact Penny Yellen at (860) 236-1927, or Pamela Atwood at (860) 920-1810.
