Nancy Ellen (Dunn) Tulin, 57, of Berlin died Feb. 17. She was the wife of James Tulin. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Barbara (Belman) Dunn. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Adam Tulin and his wife Rebecca of Waterford, and Brianna Tulin of Hartford; her brother Miles Dunn and his wife Dina of East Haven; her sister Joanne Hoffman and her husband Adam of North Haven; and many nieces and nephews.
