Barney Lapp of West Hartford died March 21. He was the husband of Mildred Lapp. He was a disabled World War II veteran. He was a member of The Emanuel Synagogue. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, David, Jonathan and Daniel; his daughter-in-law Denise; his grandson Nathaniel; his brother Arthur Lapp and his wife Rita of West Hartford. and his niece and her family.
