Arthur A. Lapp of West Hartford died April 28. He was the husband of Rita Lapp. He was a member of Teferes Israel Synagogue for many years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Bruce Lapp and his wife Lois of South Windsor, and Bonni Lapp Horwitz of West Hartford; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Darcy and her husband Dan, Sara, David, Benjamin, and Daniel; and his great-grandchildren, Hunter and Lindsay.
