Five students were recognized by the Commission of Jewish Education of the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford for their “uniquely effective” work at their respective West Hartford synagogues. The teens received awards at the Federation’s 70th annual meeting, held recently at Congregation Beth Israel in West Hartford.
