Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman receives ADL award

More than 250 guests joined the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in honoring Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman and two other community leaders at a reception held Oct. 1 in West Hartford. Wyman was presented with the ADL’s Greater Hartford Torch of Liberty Award, along with John J. Patrick, Jr., chair, president and CEO of Farmington Bank, and JoAnn H. Price, managing partner of Fairview Capital. Additionally, Associate Regional Director Marji Lipshez-Shapiro was recognized for her 25 years at ADL.

“It was a special evening,” said Steve Ginsburg, ADL Connecticut regional director. “We were thrilled to honor such committed and accomplished leaders who have done so much to improve the lives of all those in our community.”
