Evelyn (Katzman) Seltzer, 86, of Hamden died Sept. 26. She was the wife of George Seltzer. Born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Tamara (Witkin) Katzman. She is also survived by her sons, Stuart Seltzer of Pikesville, Md. and Richard Seltzer of Hamden; her siblings, Ruth Schatz of Hamden, and Harry Katzman of Ansonia. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Abe, Ike, and Jake Katzman.
