Laurie Sachs Rice, 59, of Branford, died Nov. 12. She was the wife of Jeffrey Rice. She was the daughter of the late Milton and Sarah (Teicholz) Sachs. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her step-son, Jeffrey (Heather) Rice, Jr. and his wife Heather; her step-grandson Nathaniel of Clinton; her sister Anne Kahrimanis of Danbury; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
