Frances (Weinstein) Hecht, 96, of New Haven and formerly of West Haven, died Feb. 15. She was the widow of Morton Hecht. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Nathan and Esther (Seigel) Weinstein. She is survived by her children, Geoffrey Hecht and his wife Cynthia of Hamden, and Leslie Eudowe and her husband Harry of Milford; and her grandchildren, Josh Hecht, Rachel Hecht, Jonathan Eudowe, and Josh Eudowe; and her great-grandchildren, Tahlia, Lexi, and Emily.
