Samuel “Sammy” Siegel, 83, of West Hartford, died Feb. 29. He was the husband of Ann Lee (Semansky) Siegel. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of Laura and Morris Siegel. He served in the United States Army. He was a long time member of Agudas Achim Synagogue in West Hartford. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, David Siegel and his wife Dianne, and A.J. Siegel; his grandson Zachary Siegel; and his sister Harriet Berman. HEBREW FUNERAL ASSOCIATION
