Charles J. Cohen, 94, of Stamford, died June 16. He was the husband of Rae Cohen. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Julius and Lena Cohen. He served in the U.S. Army in the Headquarters 75th Infantry division and 289th Infantry in the Ardennes, Central Europe and Rhineland, including the Battle of the Bulge, earning the Bronze Star. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister, Bernice Shulman; a daughter, Audrey Piccirillo and her husband, Dan; two sons, Jeff Cohen and his wife, Valerie, and Michael Cohen and his wife, Laura; six grandchildren, Michelle and Annetta Piccirillo, Amanda and Emily Cohen, and Maxwell and Rebecca Cohen; and two great-grandchildren, Liora and Noam. He was predeceased by his first wife, Margaret (Sobel) Cohen.
