Stephen Lazaroff, 75, of New Haven, died Sept. 22. Born in New Haven,, he was the son of the late Irving and Anne (Wagner) Lazaroff. He is survived by his sister Pat Rogovin of New Haven; his nieces and nephews, Lisa and Roger Payne, Marc and Mary Rogovin, and Wendy and Jim Oskey; and nine great-nieces and great-nephews.
