Stephen W. Berman, 86, of Newington, died Oct. 3. He was the husband of Shirley (Stollman) Berman. Raised in New Britain, he was the son of Mark and Gene Berman. He served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Temple Sinai in Newington. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Mindy Morrison and her husband Tony, Deb Berman, and Sharyn Farrell; his grandchildren, Sara Morrison and Ryan (Sara) Morrison and his wife Sara; his aunt, Francis Bernstein; and two nephews and a cousin. He was predeceased by his brother, Michael and his wife Carol.
