Richard J. Rapaport, 64, of San Francisco and Mill Valley, Calif., died Oct. 18. He was born in West Hartford. He is survived by his mother Sylvia Rapaport of West Hartford; his aunt Marilyn Pellet of West Hartford; and his sister Emily Rapaport of San Francisco, Calif.
