Lois C. Kramer, 83, of Bloomfield, died Dec. 6. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Rose (Kroopneck) Cherniack. She is survived by her sons, Jeff of Bloomfield, Scott of New Smyrna Beach, Fla, and Peter of Fort Myers, Fla., and their families.
