Verna Caryl (Brodsky) Moidel, 86, of Wellesley, Mass., formerly of Hartford, died Dec. 23. She was the daughter of the late David and Isabelle (Nusbaum) Brodsky. She is survived by her children, Jan and Steve Schwartz of Wellesley, Mass., and David Moidel of Edgemont, N.Y.; her grandchildren, Erica, Jesse and Bailey; and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her sister Norma Fedor, and her former husband Jacob Moidel.
