Marvin Michael Halpin, 92, of London, England, died July 11. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late J. Nathan and Ethel Rahm Halpin. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.  He is survived by his spouse John Wright of London; his brother Myron Halpin and wife Beverly of Bloomfield; his niece Linda of Bloomfield; and his nephew James and his wife Lisa of South Windsor.
