The Hebrew Center Celebrates!

In November, Penni Martin, administrator of the Hebrew Center for Health and Rehabilitation in West Hartford, along with West Hartford Mayor Shari Cantor, welcomed a crowd of more than 100 to an open house celebrating several of the center’s recent accomplishments, including its recently received 5-Star rating awarded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and kosher certification issued by the Hartford Kashrut Commission (HKC), as well as the launch of the center’s new signature post-hospital care program, known as the Passport Rehabilitation Program.
